Happy Thanksgiving friends!! One thing i know is Thanksgiving is all about family and today i have the wonderful Adams Family on the blog! Kim and Mark got married last year and decided on an anniversary/family shoot with a twist. I love the outfit choices and the “ADAMS” stadium location! How cool is that?? Hello friends! Sorry for the break in blog posts. Spring is in the air so its a busy time of the year. Good weather translates to time to take pictures..lol. I have a simple love shoot to share today. It’s not an engagement shoot and it is not a wedding but a celebration of love. Alisha & Elijah are having a private court wedding but still wanted some good pictures to celebrate their union so they contacted me to do a shoot. I just wanted the pictures to showcase their love for each other. It was simple, fun and personal. I truly enjoyed this session. I wish you both the very best. Congrats! Hello friends! TGIF. I have a great maternity/family session to share today. I shot Jessica’s first maternity session and also her newborn session. When she contacted me about doing another maternity session I was so happy for her and grateful she once again decided to use me. I had a great time with this lovely family. Hello Everyone! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas! Today I have something a bit different on the blog. I typically don’t do many solo shoots but I am glad I did this one. Chichi is Nneka’s sister (I shot Nneka’s wedding earlier this year) and she was also part of the bridal party. When she contacted me about possibly doing a birthday shoot I was open to the idea. ChiChi was amazing and full of energy on the shoot. We definitely had a blast on this one. Check out some images from the shoot. Enjoy!

Hello Everyone! Happy new month!
Ironically the first post of this month is a newborn post :). Remember Jessica and Johnathan’s Maternity Session? Well, their bundle of joy arrived a bit early and both parents were extremely happy to finally meet their baby boy Cameron. I am very happy for the Johnson Family as this has been a true journey for the entire family. God bless your family. Enjoy a few images of baby Cameron with mom and dad.

Hello! Today I’ll be sharing a Maternity session i shot recently. I know it’s been a while since i last posted one. I really enjoy shooting maternity sessions because they show a different kind of love…the kind of love that words can’t quite explain. The joy & happiness of knowing a new addition to the family is coming soon is probably one of the best feelings a couple can ever have! Jessica actually lost her first pregnancy around the 6 month mark which was very tough for them. So this session was not just a typical session, it was one that showed how grateful and thankful the are. They are cherishing every moment and looking forward to the moment the baby arrives. I am extremely thankful that Jessica and Johnathan chose me to capture such a special time in their life. I can’t wait to meet the baby! Congrats guys! I know you will be wonderful parents! Happy thanksgiving in advance! As you’ve probably noticed the last two posts were family posts which is fitting since this is family oriented month with thanksgiving and all. So I’ll keep it going with some more :).
Introducing baby Alina! It was like yesterday when i shot Alfred and Wunmi’s e-session back in 2009. Now they have a precious baby girl. Alina has such a warm smile that it makes you just want to have a baby if you don’t have one yet..lol. I had a great time capturing that million dollar smile. Congrats to the Alli family! The first time i saw Joi & Raphael was actually through viewing their e-session pictures that her sister-in-law Angela sent me. I ended up shooting Angela’s e-session & wedding and met Joi & Raphael (Physically..lol) at Angela’s wedding rehearsal. So our paths crossed eventually. When Joi contacted me about wanting to do an anniversary shoot i was excited about it. The session was a lot of fun and you could tell both of them were happy to celebrate their one year wedding anniversary. Thank you so much guys for allowing me to capture this milestone. I wish you guys many more years of happiness! Also, thanks Angela (one of my fav brides :)) You definitely made this possible! Check out some pics from the session. Enjoy.

It’s amazing how time flies. I remember the first time we posted pictures of Timi on my blog and now he is almost 2! He certainly keeps things interesting around the house (and everywhere we go lol). As you’ll see in the pictures he had a great time showing off his new Radio Flyer tricycle (Courtesy of his cool godparents- You guys rock!). Enjoy.
